Australia/New Zealand

US/Canada
Exciting news!! PSI believes that they will be done sending games out by this Wednesday. If you don't get your games in the next week or two, please do not ask us where it is. We won't be worried about games not arriving for at least a month from now.
A reminder to Canadian backers that Universal Distribution anticipates that the games will depart the warehouse on October 24th. We will continue to update you.
EU/Rest of Europe
Your games have left the Surfin' Meeple warehouse. Fulfillment is complete. Please do not worry for another couple of weeks if you don't see your game. They are still filtering out.
UK
Your games have left the GamesQuest warehouse. Fulfillment is complete. Please do not worry for another couple of weeks if you don't see your game. They are still filtering out.
Spanish Games
GenX has completed fulfillment. If you are in Spain you should receive your game very soon, if you have not received it already. If you ordered a Spanish game and you are from outside of Spain, your games will take longer. We thank you for your patience.
German Games
Skellig has completed fulfillment. If you are in Germany you should receive your game very soon, if you have not received it already. If you ordered a German game and you are from outside of Germany, your games will take longer. We thank you for your patience.
RoW Shipping
Fulfillment continues for you. If you are from Taiwan, your games were sent out to your HUB on October 8th. They should take a week or two to get there and will be fulfilled by Mr. Dexker Games.
A Typo
You will notice in the River of Fire mini-expansion, that the count for the Eruption Cards says 9. Unfortunately that is a typo and it should say 8 instead. We're so sorry for the inconvenience.
Rate Hall and Fall on BGG
Some of you have already had a chance to play Fall of the Mountain King (and In the Hall of the Mountain King). That's so exciting for us. Because now you can help us move both games up the charts. Currently In the Hall of the Mountain King is sitting at number 563 overall. We know you can help push it into the top 500 games!! You can rate your play here. But Fall of the Mountain King is still sitting at over 10 000 overall. We know that this game can do better! Help us do that by rating it here.

Exciting news!! PSI sent out the Canadian freight yesterday. The plan is to begin the fulfilment process for US backers today. They believe they will be done sending games out by Wednesday of next week. If you don't get your games in the next week or two, please do not ask us where it is. Hello Trolls,
Here is your update for this week:
Australia/New Zealand
Fulfillment is ongoing.
US/Canada
Your games have landed at PSI. They are currently sorting the games and finishing up with the backer report. Once they send out the Canadian freight (see paragraph below for more info), they will begin picking and packing your games. I will give you an update when that begins.
As I mentioned last time, the freight that arrived at PSI includes 5 pallets bound for Canada. Those will be leaving the warehouse very soon. They will need to get to the freight forwarder's warehouse before it goes over the border. We anticipate their arrival at Universal Distribution during the second week of October. While the timeline for shipping to Canada is short, most of the Universal people will be in Essen, Germany during this time. They assured me that upon their collective return, our games will be the first to go out. They anticipate a departure from the warehouse on October 24th. It's a long time from now, but once you get that game to the table, you'll forget that it ever happened.
EU/Rest of Europe
Your games are in France. They are currently picking and packing them. I will let you know when they are on their way out to you.
UK
Your games are getting ready to ship out. The last update on the GamesQuest blog says that it is in its final administrative checks, but I can assure you, they are pretty much ready to go.
Spanish Games
Spanish games have landed at GenX in Spain. They are working on your packages as we speak. They will be going out next week. Very excited for all of you to get your games. If you are in a country other than Spain, your games will take much longer to get to you. Please be patient. If you have completed your BackerKit survey, your game will get to you.
German Games
German games have landed at Skellig in Germany. They are currently dispatching games and many of you have received them already. If you haven't, please be patient. Your games will get to you. If you are in a country other than Germany, your games will take longer to get to you. If your BackerKit survey was completed, you'll get your game.
RoW Shipping
There is no news for you this week. Fulfillment continues for you.

Hello Trolls,
Here is your update for this week:
Australia
Your games have all shipped. Yay! It doesn't mean that you will all have received them. It just means that they are all out for delivery.
US/Canada
Your games are off of the port of Savannah, Georgia. They have been there for the better part of three weeks. They were supposed to dock yesterday, according to the information I was given. However, it seems as though the ship is sitting just off of the port.
Both PSI (US fulfillment) and Universal (CA fulfillment) are ready to start going when your games get there. First the shipment to Canada will be released from PSI, then the US games will start moving.
I'm waiting for more information about the ship and will get back to you about it soon.
EU/Rest of Europe
Your games have arrived in France. They are currently being processed and getting ready for picking and packing. I will let you know when they are on their way out to you.
UK
Your games landed last week and have moved into the fulfillment process. I will let you know when they start shipping out.
Spain
I am still awaiting news that your games have landed. I will write an update for you soon.
Germany
Your games have arrived. They are picking, packing, and sending them out next week.
RoW Shipping
If you are in the Philippines, your games shipped to your hub on September 15th. The estimated shipping time is 3-4 weeks to arrive at your hub. Your games are being fulfilled by Gaming Library.
If you are in Vietnam, your games left to your hub on September 18th. Your games are estimated to arrive within the next 4-5 weeks. Your games are being fulfilled by Board Game Vietnam.
If you are in Malaysia, your games left the hub yesterday. It should take 3-4 weeks to get there and will be fulfilled by Kohii Games.
If you are in Singapore, your games also left yesterday. They should take 3-4 weeks to get there and will be fulfilled by Team Board Game.
And finally, if you are in Thailand, your games left the hub today. It should take 4-5 weeks to get there and will be fulfilled by Our Games Trading Co Lt.
If your country was not mentioned here, it is because we either updated you in our last update, or because your games haven't left for their hub yet. We will continue to update you as more information is given to us.

Freight Update #4 - Fulfillment Update #1

Hello Trolls!
Lots of things to update you on today, so let's get right to it.
Freight and Fulfillment
Asia/RoW
Your games have landed at VFI. After a long weekend in China, VFI will work with our backer report and start sending your games out ASAP. If you are in Indonesia, your games have already started on their way to your hub, and are estimated to arrive on October 7th. They will be fulfilled by Monopolis Board Game Store. If you are in South Korea, your games are also on the move already. They are estimated to arrive on September 30, and will be fulfilled by BoardM.
Australia/New Zealand
According to this Facebook update from Aetherworks, as of September 7th, they are packing your games. This means that they will be going out soon.
UK
Your games were to land at port on September 10th, which was this past Saturday. I'm still trying to figure out where they are at this time. I will keep you updated.
EU (Not Spanish or German Games)
Today is the day that your games are supposed to land in Spain, and make its way to France (should only be a couple of days) for fulfillment by Surfin' Meeple. We will keep you updated and let you know where they are next week.
Spanish Games
As you know, Spanish backers, your games will be fulfilled by GenX Games. I am waiting to hear if your games have landed yet. They will keep me informed. I will be back soon with more information.
German Games
German backers, your games are being fulfilled by Skellig Games. Skellig just informed me that the games are to land today in Rotterdam. They will keep me informed. I will be back soon with more information.
Canada/US
The date of arrival has moved several times over the last couple of weeks. So I have hesitated to give you a date. But currently, the ship is very close to Savannah, Georgia. It is scheduled to land on Sept 21. It's pretty unbelievable that the ship is right there. But there will be no movement because of delays at the port. I will continue to update you on this.
